Welcome to Fairmount Primary Center, where our students are “Living to Learn and Learning to Live”.

It is always exciting to start a school year and I am especially excited about starting 2012-2013!

As we continue to utilize our Positive Behavior Support model in our building, please ask your children what it means to be RAMS! Also, encourage them to share their RAMS rules and procedures that they have been learning over the first few weeks of school.

Communication is key in all relationships, especially in regards to school and home. Please communicate with your students’ teachers and myself in a way that is most comfortable for you. We are here to work with you to ensure your child in school, ready to learn each day.

Our goal is to educate all children in our school, to allow them to meet and exceed their potential. Doing this takes a community. Our Fairmount family is made up of students, families, faculty, staff and community members, who together, can create successful, caring students prepared for life.

Announcements

  • Junior Rams Track & Field Program: This program will be kicking off on April 27 at 9 AM, with the first of three special clinics on getting started in track and field.  The instructional sessions - free to Highlands students in kindergarten through sixth grade - will teach local children how to run faster, jump higher and longer, and throw farther. The 90-minute clinics will be at the track and field facilities at Golden Rams Stadium.
